MEMBERSHIP TERMS

PACE by Ingebrigtsen – Membership terms · version 25 September 2026. These membership terms have been prepared for PACE by Ingebrigtsen and Pace Fitness Group AS (org. no. 938 231 745), based on the existing PACE structure but adapted to the PACE concept and the membership rules that have been decided.

1. Scope These terms apply to membership and training at PACE by Ingebrigtsen, operated by Pace Fitness Group AS (org. no. 938 231 745).

2. Health Members are responsible for being fit enough to use the centre and take part in training. If you're unsure about your health, you should consult a qualified health professional before training.

3. Liability Training and staying at the centre is at your own risk. Members are responsible for their own belongings. PACE is not liable for loss or damage unless liability follows from mandatory law or circumstances PACE is legally responsible for.

4. Age limit You must be 16, or turn 16 during the current calendar year, to take out and use a membership. For safety reasons, children under the age limit do not have access to the training areas.

5. Membership and payment Monthly memberships have no lock-in period and run until cancelled. The membership fee is charged according to the chosen payment method and membership period. The membership renews automatically until it is cancelled. Founding Members are not charged before the centre opens on 15 January 2027. Annual memberships are paid for 12 months in advance.

PACE ANNUAL is paid at purchase. The 12-month membership period starts on the opening day, 15 January 2027. If the opening is postponed, the period starts on the new opening day, and you can instead choose to get the full amount back.

6. Right of withdrawal You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from signing up, under the Norwegian Cancellation Act (angrerettloven). Let us know at info@pacenorge.no or in the app and your sign-up will be cancelled. Anything you've paid is refunded in full. You can get the withdrawal form by contacting us.

7. Payment cards and failed payments For card payments, the registered payment card is charged according to the membership agreement. If a payment cannot be completed, the member may be notified and asked to update their payment details. Unpaid amounts may be followed up with reminders and, where relevant, passed to debt collection in line with applicable rules. PACE may temporarily suspend access in the event of material non-payment.

8. Invoice and other payment methods If PACE offers invoicing or other payment methods, the payment terms and any lawful fees stated at purchase apply. Members are responsible for keeping their contact and payment details up to date.

9. Non-payment Non-payment may lead to the membership and access to the centre being temporarily suspended. Outstanding amounts may be collected in line with applicable rules.

10. Double payment Documented double or incorrect payments will be corrected. Any settlement or refund is handled in line with the payment solution and applicable rules.

11. Cancellation Monthly memberships have no lock-in period and a one-month rolling notice period. Cancellations must be registered through PACE's digital solution. Members keep their access during the notice period. The membership renews automatically unless it is cancelled. Annual memberships apply for the prepaid period and follow the terms stated at purchase.

12. Founding Member Founding Members pay 790 kr per month for PACE and 990 kr per month for PACE SESSIONS. The offer is presented as Founding Member for the first 200 members. Members keep the Founding price for as long as their membership stays active. If the membership is cancelled and later taken out again, there is no right to the earlier Founding price.

13. Opening hours PACE Filipstad is normally open every day from 05:00 to 23:00. Opening hours may change when necessary, for example on public holidays, during events, maintenance, for safety reasons or for other operational reasons.

14. House rules Members must show consideration for others and help keep the training environment tidy and safe. Put equipment back after use, wear clean training shoes and clothes, wipe down equipment when needed, take off weights after use and avoid unnecessary shouting, roaring or dropping weights. Lockers must be emptied after training as shown at the centre. Members must follow instructions from PACE and the applicable safety and house rules.

15. Use of membership and access Members must always check in when entering. The membership is personal and cannot be transferred or lent out. Letting in anyone without a valid membership or other valid access is not allowed. Misuse may lead to a fee where this is clearly agreed and lawful, and to temporary or permanent suspension of the membership in case of material breach.

16. PACE Sessions and booking PACE Sessions are coach-led running sessions with limited capacity. The PACE SESSIONS membership includes 4 Sessions per month. PACE members can buy single sessions at the current price. Booking, cancellation and other practical rules follow the information shown at any time in the PACE app or the booking system.

17. Alcohol, drugs and doping Being at or training at the centre under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not allowed. Using, possessing or selling illegal doping substances or other illegal performance-enhancing substances is not allowed. Breaches may lead to removal from the centre or termination of the membership, within the limits of applicable rules.

18. Commercial activity Members may not run any business in PACE's premises without a written agreement with PACE. This includes selling products and services and paid personal training or coaching.

19. Camera surveillance and privacy If the centre uses camera surveillance, this is done in line with applicable privacy rules and clearly signposted. Personal data is processed according to PACE's privacy policy. Vandalism or damage to equipment may lead to liability for damages under general rules.

20. App, email and SMS The PACE app is the main channel for member communication, the PACE Method, training plans and relevant member information. PACE may also send necessary messages about the membership, payment, operations, safety or material changes by email or SMS. Marketing and offers are sent in line with applicable rules and any consents or other valid legal grounds.

21. Changes to prices and terms PACE may change prices and membership terms when there is good reason, with the notice that follows from the agreement and applicable rules. Any special price terms, such as the Founding Member price, apply in line with the specific membership agreement.

22. Contact General enquiries about membership can be sent to info@pacenorge.no. PACE can also be contacted through the digital contact channels listed in the app or on the website.
