Why PACE

Be a better runner.

You don’t need to run fast. You just need to want to get better.

01

Training built on the Ingebrigtsen philosophy

The principles behind some of the world’s best runners – made accessible at your level.

02

20 high-quality treadmills

A training centre where running isn’t a side offer. It’s the heart of PACE.

03

Training tailored to your goals

5 km. 10 km. Half marathon. Marathon. Or simply better fitness.

04

All the strength training you need

A fully equipped strength training area – whether you run or just want to get stronger.

05

For runners of all levels

Beginner or experienced. At PACE it’s not about how fast you run today.

The PACE Method

Train like an Ingebrigtsen – at your level.

The Method

The PACE Method isn’t about copying an elite athlete’s training.

It’s about using the same basic principles – adapted to your level and what your body can handle.

  1. 01 / 04

    Start where you are

Your training is tailored to your current fitness level, your goal and what your body can handle.

  2. 02 / 04

    Build step by step

Your training volume grows gradually. Consistency over time matters more than one perfect week.

  3. 03 / 04

    Train with control

Easy runs should be easy. Quality sessions are done with control. Strength and recovery are part of the whole.

  4. 04 / 04

    Train towards your goal

Your training develops step by step towards what you want to achieve.

PACE starts where you are – and builds from there.

Does PACE have strength training?

Yes. PACE has a fully equipped strength training area. Strength training is also part of the PACE Method.

Does PACE have strength equipment?
