How we handle your personal data.

PRIVACY POLICY
Version 25 September 2026. Pace Fitness Group AS (org. no. 938 231 745), which runs PACE by Ingebrigtsen, is the data controller for the personal data collected through the website, the app and the membership. Contact: info@pacenorge.no.
What we process When you sign up: name, mobile number, email address and date of birth (confirmed via Vipps or an SMS code). For payment: an account number for AvtaleGiro or a card reference held by the payment provider – we never store your card number. As a member: bookings, check-ins, your answers in the assessment (level, goals, time, training volume and any injuries or problems) and your training activity in the app. On the website: usage statistics based on consent (see the cookie banner – it's your choice).
What we use it for To deliver your membership, the PACE Method and your training plan (contract), to process payments (contract and the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act), to send you necessary information about your membership and the centre, and for marketing only if you have consented to it. If you registered your interest without becoming a member, we use your contact details to follow up – and delete them if you ask us to.
Who processes it for us MemberFlow (the membership platform), Vipps MobilePay (identity), Stripe (card payments), the banks' AvtaleGiro system and providers of SMS and email sending. Some providers may process data outside the EEA on a valid transfer basis (the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
How long For as long as you're a member, and then as long as the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act requires for payment history (five years). Enquiries from people who registered interest are deleted at the latest when the launch period is over.
Your rights You can ask for access to, correction, deletion and a copy of your data, and object to the processing – write to info@pacenorge.no. You can also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
