The PACE Method uses the same basic principles that some of the world’s best runners train by, adapted to your level and what your body can handle. You start where you are, build step by step and train towards your goal – whether that’s 5 km, a marathon or simply better fitness.
What you’ll find at Filipstad
20 high-quality treadmills, a fully equipped strength training area and PACE Sessions: coach-led running sessions with max 10 participants. The centre is open every day 05–23.
Founding Member for the first 200
The first 200 members get PACE for 790 kr/month (regular price 990 kr) and keep the price for as long as their membership is active. No minimum commitment, no joining fee and no payment before opening.
